As we head into our third lockdown, the dojo is required to close again. We encourage everyone to continue practicing and remain positive. While this pandemic has had such an enormous impact on so many facets of our lives, we need to remain focused on the good things we have and believe that we can get through this and come out stronger on the other end.
Use the time each week that you would normally attend class to run through your techniques and kata. This will help you once we get back on the floor. The grading that was scheduled to take place in April will be rescheduled once the lockdown order has been lifted.
We will keep you posted on when the dojo will be able to open and we can all get back on the floor and train together again. Until then, stay strong and healthy, be kind to others, we all all struggling with our own personal battles. Try not to feed on the negativity that swirls around in these difficult times. Send out your positive thoughts and actions to shine some brightness and make a difference.
