We are all doing our part to prevent further spread of the Covid-19 virus through self isolation and social distancing. This has left us missing our training time together. One of our members has shared how she and her children are coping with not being able to train. We thought her idea, could be a great way for all our members to come together, while being apart. At 6 o’clock every evening stand up in a solid natural stance and throw 50 strong punches, knowing that your fellow Daw Martial Arts members will be doing the same. Although we are unable to physically come together to train, this offers the sense of being together, until we are through this difficult time. Stay safe and stay strong.
