Children Ages 5 - 7 Years Old

Each class begins with fun exercises that help improve overall fitness. A variety of engaging activities get students warmed up, stretched out and ready to learn. Students are taught basic karate skills; stances, blocks and punches. Muscle memory forms when practicing these physical movements while focus, discipline and self control are also developed during training. Once students become proficient in demonstrating techniques, they are awarded a rank promotion for their achievement. Each level reached is distinguised with a new coloured striped belt.
