Each class begins with fun exercises that increase cardio and help improve overall health and fitness. A variety of amusing activities get students warmed up, stretched out and ready to learn. Students will be taught basic karate techniques; stances, punches and blocks. Muscle memory forms while learning these physical movements as focus, discipline and self control are also developed during this process. Once students become proficient in demonstrating techniques, they will be awarded a rank promotion for their achievement. Each rank is distinguished by students being presented a new striped belt.
