YOUNG TIGERS PROGRAM (Ages 5 - 7)
Each class at Daw Martial Arts in Fonthill begins with dynamic, age appropriate exercises designed to build strength, coordination and overall fitness. Our warm-ups are engaging and fun, helping students develop athletic ability while preparing their bodies and minds for focused training.

Students learn foundational karate skills including proper stances, blocks, punches and kicks. Through repetition and clear instruction, they build muscle memory, concentration and confidence. Just as importantly, training reinforces character values such as discipline, respect, patience and self control - qualities that extend well beyond the dojo.

Progress in our program is earned through consistent effort and demonstrated skill. Each new level is recognized with a coloured striped belt, symbolizing not only achievement, but personal growth and commitment to the martial arts journey.
